Hospitality Management Solutions is a full-service consulting group that helps support all levels of leadership in the Hospitality Industry; with our main focus in Recruitment, Management Certifications, and Consulting. Each member of our team is passionate and determined to deliver the best results for every individual they work with.
Hospitality Management Solutions is led by Jonathan Ginsburg and is supported by his team of Industry professionals. Jonathan is a Hospitality Industry veteran and brings to the table over 25 years of developing new brands, turnarounds, training, and progressive leadership. His unique perspective, passion, and first hand experience has helped shape what Hospitality Management Solutions is today.

Jonathan prides himself in knowing the Hospitality Industry from the inside out, having worked in restaurants from a young age and climbing the ranks. He graduated from Florida International University’s School of Hospitality Management and then went on to hold various leadership positions with such iconic restaurant brands as Legal Seafoods, The Palm Restaurant, Sam and Harry’s Steakhouse, Bonefish Grill, and Metro Diner.
In addition to leading some of the most quintessential brands in the United States, Jonathan has dedicated most of his spare time volunteering and supporting a wide range of children’s charities. He is currently The Chairman of the Board at Tomorrow’s Rainbow, a non profit that provides free grief support for children who have experienced the death of a loved one.
The mission of Tomorrow’s Rainbow is to nurture the emotional wellness and resilience of children and their families navigating the loss of a loved one. Tomorrow’s Rainbow is a safe space for them to feel understood and navigate their grief journey.
Tomorrow’s Rainbow will be recognized for excellence as the premier resource for children, teens, and families experiencing grief, loss, or trauma.
